1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.Add the sliced vegetables to the skillet and cook until they are tender-crisp, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.
Add the marinated steak to the skillet and cook until it is browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Divide the cooked rice among serving bowls. Top each bowl with the cooked vegetables and sliced steak.
Drizzle the remaining marinade over the steak bowls and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
