Perfect butter cream recipe that will stick to your cake without falling off 

Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) of butter (at room temperature)


4 cups of powdered sugar (confectioner’s sugar)


1 tablespoon of vanilla extract


1 packet of powdered milk


Instructions:

1-Prepare Your Ingredients: Make sure your butter is at room temperature. It should be

soft but not melted. Sift your powdered sugar to remove any lumps.


2-Cream the Butter: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter using an electric

mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Beat the butter until it

becomes pale and creamy. This should take about 2-3 minutes.


3-Add Vanilla Extract: Pour in the vanilla extract and continue to mix for another

sides of the bowl as needed to ensure everything is evenly mixed.


7-Adjust Consistency (Optional): If your buttercream is too thick, you can add a

tablespoon of milk or cream at a time and mix until you reach your desired consistency.
